We used Oliver's Chimney Sweep. They were helpful when it was time to make an appointment. Their employees were very professional and offered ideas on how to maintain our chimney. When finished they did a good job of cleaning up.

Terrible service. We scheduled a pellet stove cleaning. Waited 3 weeks, on day of cleaning, we called to confirm the appointment time because they had failed to let us know exact time. We were told on phone that they don’t service stoves, but they would send someone at 230 pm for the chimney. Nobody showed up, we called and were told the truck broke down.

Dont even bother! They don't show up to appointments. Ive given them several chances over the years and it never changes.

I called these guys since my true north stove was not burning well. They cleaned the chimney and it was worse. They came back and swept off the top baffles, still it burned poorly. I called the manufacturer and discovered that the metal plate had fallen down on the tubes. I'm really surprised Oliver's. Did not notice this? I called the guy from black Creek and he fixed the problem. No more Oliver's for me!

Fast efficient and courteous

Called me to cancel appointment because vans can't drive in snow checked highway cams road is clear or could of taken beach drive to get to CR where there is no snow. Bad service

I needed a Certificate for my woodstove insurance this year! Tense time as my house and fireplace are older than dirt! Olivers came and very professionally veted my stove, told me what i needed to do to bring it up to code. Within a few daysthey okayed my changes and voila ! Problem solved !
